It has been 6 years since my total exoneration under
British Law. January 26th, 2012. Yet I am STILL being persecuted
after doing all the RIGHT things to clear my name- And clearing it…
The internet has provided a further tool for punishment…
unjust, cruel and inhumane and degrading punishment against those people who
are targeted by the mainstream media. I was successful in removing offending false
news articles – it took me 5 years to do so… only ONE newspaper refuses to take
down their fake news article.
I do not have the
funds to sue them for defamation of character and they know it. They are doing
this wilfully to ensure I am constantly in fear of my life and to punish myself,
my children and my family… in Britain ...there is no such thing as clearing
your name. If a fake allegation is railed against you and through diligent
process you prove it was all lies… you still are punished.
When it comes to ANY THING of a sexual nature. Guilty or
innocent … you remain guilty and the justice system has become a mockery. No
recompense . No compensation for the pain and suffering. Nothing. Unless you have 100 000 pounds or more in the
bank…forget it. And the fake news know it.
So all I have is my pen… my keyboard with which to fight

Introduction:
A research team at Sonoma State University has recently
finished conducting a network analysis of the boards of directors of the ten
big media organizations in the US. The team determined that only 118 people
comprise the membership on the boards of director of the ten big media giants.
This is a small enough group to fit in a moderate size university classroom.
These 118 individuals in turn sit on the corporate boards of 288 national and
international corporations. In fact, eight out of ten big media giants share
common memberships on boards of directors with each other. NBC and the
Washington Post both have board members who sit on Coca Cola and J. P. Morgan,
while the Tribune Company, The New York Times and Gannett all have members who
share a seat on Pepsi. It is kind of like one big happy family of interlocks
and shared interests. The following are but a few of the corporate board

inside the special interests of American capitalism, then we might feel that
they are meeting the democratic needs of mainstream America. However if we

own self-interests instead of those of the people, than we can no longer call
it mainstream or refer to it as plural. Instead we need to say that corporate

The Criminal Offence of Incitement to Religious Hatred� in England and Wales came
into force on 1st October 2007 in the form of the Racial and Religious Hatred
Act 2006. This Act was passed after
considerable debate and controversy and is significantly different to the
Governments original proposals.
The Racial and Religious Hatred Act 2006 (c. 1) is an Act of
the Parliament of the United Kingdom which creates an offence in England and
Wales of inciting hatred against a person on the grounds of their religion.
The Act was the
Labour Government's third attempt to bring in this offence: provisions were
originally included as part of the Anti-Terrorism, Crime and Security Bill in
2001, but were dropped after objections from the House of Lords. The measure
was again brought forward as part of the Serious Organised Crime and Police
Bill in 2004-5, but was again dropped in order to get the body of that Bill
passed before the 2005 general election.
The Act is notable because two amendments made in the House
of Lords failed to be overturned by the Government in the House of Commons.

Why do British Muslims commit acts of terror?
1.In 2006, Britain's then head of MI5 Eliza
Manningham-Buller said of Al-Qaeda that it "has developed an ideology
which claims that Islam is under attack, and needs to be defended".

2. One ideology that plays a role in Islamic terrorism is
the principle of Jihad, which broadly means strive. Militants generally use
jihad to mean defensive or, at a stretch, retaliatory warfare against actors
that have allegedly harmed Muslims.
Transnational Islamist ideology, specifically of the
militant Islamists, assert that Western policies and society are actively
anti-Islamic, or as it is sometimes described, waging a "war against
Islam".
Islamists often
identify what they see as a historical struggle between Christianity and Islam,
dating back as far as the Crusades, among other historical conflicts between
practitioners of the two respective religions.
Osama bin Laden, for example, almost invariably described
his enemy as aggressive and his call for action against them as defensive.
Defensive jihad differs from offensive jihad in being "fard al-ayn,"

3. Evangelisation of muslims. This is regarded as a crime
under sharia law…and those who evangelise muslims are another reason why it is
important to wage jihad aginst the west. Those who practise the converting of
muslims are to be hated.

In short – there are what is known as “missionaries” within
society who act as sleeper agents. These agents have different roles but the
same job...
To show the west as a corrupt – immoral society who simply
wish either to convert believers ( Muslims ) or subjugate them under their
permissive ways. Anyone who is viewed as someone who is converting Muslims to
another faith is especially seen as the enemy of Islam… and if secular media
reports publish things like “the bible told him to rape” …
- this to further INCITE hate towards Christians and can be
used by these Islamic agents to show the way of the infidel is disgrace whereas
the way of the believer is to paradise..
This material that is being published in the western media
only wishes to stir up trouble…and sell newspaper… if Christians and Muslims
are fighting..it’s a good thing. So they publish and be damned. They do so
because in fact ..they are totally unaccountable.
4.ISIS now operates the most sophisticate propaganda machine
of any terrorist organization, said Matthew Olsen, director of the National
Counter terrorism Center.
"Importantly, the group also views itself as the
now-leader of a global jihadist movement," Olsen said. "It turns out
timely, high-quality media, and it uses social media to secure a widespread

What do Muslims say about how this poisonous ideology
espoused by IS to recruit new people is? – an ideology that comes from HATE… (
hate that is promoted by the secular press against Christians- we saw the

Conclusions:
1. The government
realise that IS is reaching vulnerable people HERE in the UK through social
media and other online vehicles. That they recruit people through this poison
propaganda.
2. The jihad or
holy war against the West is not just against infidels… - unbelievers and their
corrupt morality…it is ALSO- and mainly against apostates. Those who convert
Muslims to other religions.
3. The slick
machine of the Islamic extremists use the secular press to justify their own
arguments of a depraved society. They USE articles that agree with them to
issue this logic in the minds of the potential recruit… it’s a soft technique –
and legal.
4. This propaganda
has two levels. Hard – graphic (beheading videos etc) and Soft – subliminal (
resulting in the perspective that … you are being discriminated against because
you are a muslim. (sic)
What is the difference between “ hard “and “soft “
propaganda?
The way an article is used on sites like loonwatch- and in
particular

is to show discrimination and superiority of and against
Muslims by mainstream society – Jews – Christians and others.
In particular it shows the fruits of and the end of
apostates and those who try to evangelize or convert Muslims. Those behind the
spread of this article have know that I have been actively participating in the
spread of the Christian gospel in muslim lands in the past.
They can use black humor or press cuttings from the secular
press which always sexualise articles to stir up divisions and emotional
triggers within those communities.. to sell copy. Its FAKE- MANIPULATIVE AND
DISGUSTING. But most of all… it conveys an inaccurate report and brings down
the name of responsible journalism. Verbatim reporters – especially in the
sensitive arena of the crown court should realise that they have a grave
responsibility to convey the truth. Not sexualize it,.
Further, I have asked those who have done so to remove the
links on their websites which used my story as a means to promote islamic
extremist ideology.
In 2012 I was
released from prison and I managed to remove 90% - of the offensive articles. I
have in the last 6 years managed to remove 99% of those fake reports. The last
one is the Harrow Times.
Recently in 2014 I contacted Mohammed Abbasi OF THE British
Muslim council WHO ALSO AGREED THAT IT DOES INCITE RELIGIOUS HATRED AND FULE
THE FIRE.
He removed his
articles on me from his site. ( I have included his comments below)
It is only the Harrow Times who have refused to remove this
offensive article.
Since then this article has been used by militant Native
American Indians. ( AIM ) And I was
threatened with scalping if I set foot on their lands ) – FACT.
Again to incite religious intolerance. I did take action by contacting
google and they have removed some of the links but not all- I don’t understand
why…

A "REMORSELESS" Wembley preacher who raped a woman
on seven consecutive days was jailed on Friday
Specifically it says the word preacher which is incorrect. I
never was a preacher. He couches the language to show religious significance

Then it uses another word to incite religious hate-
describing me as an extremist. …

and then is the crunch line… he did these criminal acts
because… the bible told him so…
She told the court Denton believed women should be
submissive “because the scripture says so”.
Again… nowhere in the trial transcript was this said….all he
did here was transliterate it. In other words misquote.
Even after the convictions were overturned the hateful
secular press use the words “ preacher” to incite hatred towards Chritians-
even though his name was cleared. PS

All of these statements amount to religious racism and
Theophobia ( FEAR OF GOD) - the viewpoint of the secular press is to denigrate
anyone who manifests their faith. To put them down. Despite the practise of
faith being enshrined in our laws.
By printing such half truths and lies all that is happening
is that Muslim extremist radical propagandists have more fuel to build a soft
argument for hating ( and killing ) Christians who pronounce their faith!
In another article of the Northmapton Chronicle – it goes
even further… it calls me a messiah…( -I later used this in a play to satirise
their insanestupidity. )

Finally, these articles were transposed from the court
reporter – in other words the reporter who wrote it got it from the news site.
Then they put in their own slant… inciting hatred … in normal times these
articles would be forgotten … but with electronic media they stay there
forever.
My personal Life
Under the Human Rights article 8 I have a right to a family
life…I also have a right to a private life under art 10. Also Under the
European Human Rights act which we in Britain are still subject to and will remain
so – even if we leave the European Union … is the right to be free of cruel,
inhumane and degrading punishment. The British Justice system / Ministry of
Justice are responsible for this. They have not in the slightest tried to
assist me to rebuild my life – despite being proven wrong in the HIGHEST court of the land. My convictions were overturned
by 3 senior judges in the Royal Cort of Appeal…a court which grants only 4 % of
its cases lenience.
They have allowed unscrupulous newspapers like the Harrow
Times and others to besmirch my name – despite having gone through years of legal
wrangling and PROVING my total innocence to these fake charges. They are NOT
accountable to the British people in the least… and they KNOW IT. They have not
only failed me and my family but they have failed the ENTIRE Justice system by their inadequacy to act to
remedy this injustice AND TO ORDER THIS NEWSPAPER TO REMOVE THIS ARTICLE.
The fact is that these articles were not removed – despite
the court news agency removing the original article on my request in 2012… and
the reason it wasn’t removed –was because the editors concerned wanted to do
personal damage to my private life… not protect society. Thye wanted to violate
my article 3 right . To live without cruel , inhumane and degrading
treatment. If I were guilty of these
offenses… even then… I would still have a right to a private life. But I was innocent. From the outset. This
case was more about persecution than prosecution. The court transcript is clear
on this.
I followed the legal process and I was cleared of my
convictions.
The 3 judges looked at the whole case in its entirety and
some of the ridiculous things that were said…and realised this was all about
character assassination…. Not evidence. Hearsay… and not TRUTH… and common
sense prevailed. The legal process was adhered to by me to the letter… I have
since filed a case against the Ministry of Justice for a Malicious Prosecution.
But because of cuts in legal aid; I doubt I shall be able to pursue it to its
conclusion… ( Its been 6 years now)
But that hasn’t helped me rebuild my life. This article has impeded
my life in many social and economic activities. People just look at the word “
rape “ and they recoil in disgust…even though the only person that was truly
raped …was ME! It has destroyed my life. Ruined my reputation and my
relationship with my children- who themselves were psychologically harmed by
the court case and its aftermath … I have children –3 children that share my
surname…who have been bullied at school by their association to me. That’s the
internet. All you have to do is google a person’s name.
It doesn’t matter that these newspapers are a law unto
themselves… but if it comes to free speech..then it must also come to
responsibility in that free speech that doesn’t hurt, offend or insult a
religious belief to such a degree that it can be used as ammunition to degrade
the core values of one’s religion and society.
And I haven’t mentioned those Christian believers who look
at the faith in their everyday lives and want to hope in something beyond the
state … beyond this life… and if this article is perceived by these same
Christian’s as further evidence that the Christian faith itself is corrupt and
immoral we have less who truly believe in anything… and that is bad for
morality overall.
Especially if this article is not true.
OFFENSIVE. INSULTING. DEGRADING. INCITEFUL.
It is one thing to commit an act of criminality that has the
element of religion in it. But when this is not proven you encourage others to
hate you and your faith. History in Europe is full of these examples. One such
example is the inquisition against the Cathars/ Perfects of the 14 th century.
When language is couched to incite hate towards Muslims or
Jews or Christians by atheists or anyone else… it has only the aim of getting
the reader to further hate religion altogether.
And this is what these two articles have done.
As I've said before, I’ve had the majority – 98% of all the
articles removed… in fact the last one was from the West London press… Here is
what the editor said:

POLICE ACTION:
Since this is an ongoing problem trying to live my life free
of persecution; I decided that the only way I could get any justice against the
Harrow Times and the Northampton Chronicle was to make a formal police
complaint... under the INCITEMENT TO RELIGIOUS HATRED ACT 2006.
I dont expect the counter terrorism people to do much about
it because they dont take these things very seriously – despite everything they
say on TV about reporting any terrorist activity or defeating the poisonous
ideology of terror. Its all bluster. They All support the corporations anyway.
Its all one big club. One big bullingdons club for the old boys and girls… and
you are not invited.
But I have made this complaint anyway...and we shall see if
anything comes of it.
On the 30th June ,
2015 I made a formal complaint to the TWICKENHAM police station.
I registered this complaint with SARAH EYLES , PAO.
All of this hassle – why? Because one person decided to lie
to get her way.
And these lies have taken years to be cleaned with the
truth...but as NERO once said...” make sure you tell them a fantastic lie not
just any lie...and they will believe you!”- and this is the problem I am
facing... a press machine that wishes to spread lies and hate to further their
own political agendas.
A press who are not accountable for their actions.
A press that persist in diving communities so as to sell
more misery to the masses.
A press that has lost its responsibility towards true
journalism- to report the facts and to do it in a fair and a just manner.

I continue to get on-going trolling , death threats etc and insults…
it has destroyed my family life thanks to the internet. I have been forced to change
my name. Despite fighting all this time to clear it and to be able to live
righteous. It has affected my chances of work, of remarrying, of rebuilding my
life and of walking tall. The fact is I’m tired. Tired of complaining and
getting nowhere. All the projects Ive been working on have all been affected by
the adverse publicity on the internet – all related to this one article by the
harrow times which has been copied and pasted … and elaborated on. Why should your economic status have any
impact on your right to a private life? Mosley sued the tabloids…and won. But he had a big budget. I do not.
My teenager children have been bullied at school and it has adversely
affected their lives and social profile. They cannot change their names because
of the law. They are still underage.
And where does this leave the confidence in the Ministry of
Justice?
I do not know. It means its all a joke. Google – the giant
internet company can keep it going all day long… it doesn’t matter how old the
article is… its copied and pasted… and there is no end to it.
The police did nothing regarding my report against the
Harrow Times. Nothing at all. Neither did the press office of the crown .
Nothing at all. Neither the press complaints office either. I tried all the legal
avenues available to me.

In conclusion:
My fight , my struggle continues. Those who know me ..know I
have integrity and sooner or later my story will be told to the world. Sooner or later the hell that I was -and
still am being put through will come to light and it will be transformed to
show the gross indecency of this Criminal justice system that holds a man
guilty …even when he is innocent… and leaves less and less hope for anyone
charged or accused of a hearsay offence to get a fair trial…
I will continue to add to this document and revise it with
all the information I can find and evidence to support my claims.
